Discover

During the Discover phase your exact needs and specifications are documented, wireframed and the best practices approach is determined for your project.

Detailed functional specification documents, a bottom up project plan, and finalized design comps and wireframes are the end result of this phase.

Build

Your Precision implementation team reconstructs your eCommerce vision on the Demandware platform during the Build phase. All custom integrations to your third party vendors are performed at this time along with your specific store front customizations. Integration to your back end OMS and WMS systems occur in this phase and the Precision Design Studios middleware platform is deployed if necessary.

Deploy

During the Deploy phase detailed QA regression testing and Load testing occurs. After Precision's QA department verifies the Build phase was successful the client then performs a detailed User Acceptance Test cycle validating the work. Once the UAT has been accepted Precision will work with Demandware to perform the DNS and server work necessary to have the site live to your consumers. After the Deploy stage you will engage with Precision's solution support division to ensure you have our expert support and care for all of your needs.
